Refer Patients to WENT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As a provider, you likely see patients with ear, nose and throat issues including: ear infections, tonsillitis,  swallowing disorders, thyroid and parathyroid disorders,  head and neck masses, dizziness and balance problems, nasal and sinus conditions, snoring and sleep apnea, hearing loss and allergies.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We invite you to refer your patients to us for diagnosis and treatment of the full spectrum of ENT disorders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to initiate a referral, please fax or electronically send over the patient\u2019s chart notes with the referral. We will attempt to communicate with the patient within two business days to schedule an appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We support and follow collaborative agreement goals with PCP offices on the following timeframes for seeing patients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
