Celebrating the Retirement of Dr. Thompson

After many years of exceptional service to our patients and community, Dr. Thompson officially retired at the end of December—closing an extraordinary chapter in Willamette ENT’s history. Since joining the practice in 1987, he has been a foundational part of our growth, culture and commitment to compassionate and patient-centered care. His leadership and vision helped guide the clinic through numerous milestones, including the development of our current River Road location, and his influence will continue to shape our organization for years to come.

We will miss his steady presence, warm rapport and remarkable expertise. Dr. Thompson looks forward to spending more time with his family—especially his grandchildren—and enjoying more days out on the water in his boat, embracing the peaceful moments that come with this next season of life.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Thompson for his decades of dedication, the countless patients he cared for and the many ways he strengthened our clinic and community. We wish him a joyful, fulfilling retirement and hope this new chapter brings him every happiness.
