As the holiday season arrives, our team at Willamette ENT is once again reminded of the incredible generosity within our clinic and our patient community. From November 10 through December 5, we held our annual Holiday Food Drive—and thanks to the kindness of staff and patients alike, it was a great success!
Over 1,000 Items Donated
This year, our clinic collected an impressive 1,008 food items from employees alone. We also received many thoughtful donations from patients; while these weren’t included in our official count, they contributed meaningfully to the overall impact of the drive.
One special highlight: Dr. Thompson personally donated 156 items, showing leadership in giving and inspiring the team throughout the event.
Supporting Local Families in Need
All donated food items were delivered to two local organizations working hard to fight hunger in our community:
- Marion Polk Food Share
- The Lord’s Cupboard
- Mano a Mano Family Center
Both organizations provide essential support to families across the mid-Willamette Valley, especially during the winter months when food insecurity increases.
Thank You for Giving Back
We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to every staff member and patient who contributed. Your generosity helps ensure that more families in our community have access to nourishing food this season.
Willamette ENT is proud to serve a community that shows such compassion and care for others. We look forward to continuing this tradition of giving in the years to come.
Thank you for making this year’s food drive a success!
“I came to be under Dr. Donovan's care during a medical emergency at the hospital. The care I received that day and in every interaction after, at Willamette ENT has been prompt, professional and very thorough. I feel very well cared for.”
